Chocolate Covered Pretzel Martini

Chocolate Covered Pretzel Martini

I like my sweets salty and my salty snacks sweet. In other words, I'm obsessed with chocolate covered pretzels. Anytime I find myself in a gourmet treat store, I know at least one giant coated pretzel will be coming home with me. And it's all I can do to not buy more.

So, of course, I needed to recreate my favorite candy in liquid form. In this case it was pretty easy and, as you drink, you get the sweet and salt from the rim followed by a boozy chocolate punch when you drink. It's almost better than the actual candy store treat. Cheers!

Per Serving:
1 1/2 oz. Chocolate vodka
1/2 oz. Buttershots caramel liqueur
1/2 oz. Chocolate liqueur
1 oz. Chocolate ice cream
1 1/2 oz. Milk
Crushed pretzels and melted chocolate for rimming the glass

Dip the rim of your glass in the melted chocolate and then in the crushed pretzels.  Refrigerate for a few minutes to set. Add the vodka, buttershots liqueur, chocolate liqueur, ice cream and milk to a cocktail shaker.  Fill with ice, shake well and pour into the prepared glass.
